Come to our Bruchsal headquarters to get an on-site impression of the company and the cooperative study program at SEW-EURODRIVE: A company presentation provides insights into the field of drive technology and your future training company. You will hear about the prospects we offer and all about the cooperative study program. Of course, you will also get to know your instructors and our current students to hear about their experiences and impressions. Totally honest and straightforward.

A math test completes the candidate selection day. Although your personality and your passion are more important than your grades - sound mathematics skills are an essential requirement for successful studies.

When will the candidate selection days take place?

The next MOVE IT! Applicant Selection Days will take place from 10 July to 13 July 2024.

When can I apply and when does the study course start?

Applications are now open online. As soon as we have received suitable applications, we will fill the places for the applicant selection day. The earlier you apply, the greater your chance of being invited. The study program starts in September 2025.

Which documents are required?

We need your cover letter, your CV and the two most recent report cards. Your year-end report card is not required at the time of application.

Which prerequisites are required for an application?

In order to apply you do not need a high school certificate allowing you to study at a university yet. However, you have to obtain it before the study course starts. Further prerequisites for the individual study courses, especially for students with a certificate of qualification for entry to a university of applied science are available here.

What happens at the MOVE IT! candidate selection day?

The aim of the Move it! candidate selection day is to get to know each other. What you can expect:

Information about SEW‑EURODRIVE
One-on-one talks with the instructors to get to know each other
Exchange with students from the cooperative study program
Aptitude test for ensuring relevant mathematics skills

All in all, you should plan at least four hours for the day.

When do I know if I got a spot for the cooperative study program?

We will notify you one week after the MOVE IT! candidate selection days if you got in. If all goes well, this means that you already have a spot before the summer holidays and can head off on vacation without worries.

Do I get my travel expenses reimbursed?

Yes. For distances between 20 and 100 kilometers, you get EUR 0.30 for every kilometer. For distances over 100 kilometers, we reimburse the costs for the train ticket and accommodation expenses, if necessary.
