Fantastic commitment by the company
Hello, my name is Torben Loritz! I wanted to learn a trade and initially decided to complete an internship to find out more about the profession of Industrial Mechanic. I found it very interesting and it was clear: this was the profession for me.
I found out about SEW-EURORDRIVE from acquaintances who already work at the company. I liked that it was close to where I live and the fact that I already knew a few employees, and naturally also the good pay you receive. The company also has a large number of locations in different countries.
I appreciate the company's fantastic commitment to trainees and employees. SEW-EURODRIVE providers a range of interesting seminars and the atmosphere in the learning workshop is relaxed and enjoyable.
As industrial mechanics at SEW-EURODRIVE, we are building a classic car in the first year of my training, as well as a vise in the lathe operator and milling course. Once we have completed these projects we will develop a compressed air piston engine.
At the start of our first year of training, we participated in a seminar aimed at promoting team thinking and we have really grown together into a good team. SEW-EURODRIVE also offers a range of interesting seminars. I appreciate the company's fantastic commitment to trainees and employees. The atmosphere in the learning workshop is relaxed and pleasant.
To complete the training program, you have to be able to work as part of a team, you should have solid technical and mathematical skills and you should enjoy working with your hands.
