All technology companies rely on research and development. This is why our cooperations are so important - development thrives on the exchange between science and practice. And on courageous people who dare to try new things and shape the future. We have strong partners for this.
For example, we supply many universities with expertise and equipment. This means that research can be conducted to the heart's content in university laboratories using our technology. We not only invest in future specialists, but also in tomorrow's technology as well. This also means that our departments work closely with different universities in cooperative research projects.
With the KompetenzKompass we support a program of the KIT in which students can get a taste for practice and specifically broaden their expertise. In this context it is less about facts and technical knowledge - the participants focus much more on developing their confidence in dealing with colleagues and teams. They also get to know their strengths better.
We are also partners of AISEC: The largest student organization in the world arranges exchange programs all around the world and promotes international understanding as well as the assumption of responsibility.
As a network partner of the Stiftung Wissen plus Kompetenzen (knowledge plus skills) foundation we promote the teaching of key qualifications during the course of study. This primarily includes methodical, social and personal skills - after all people make the difference.
We also use our position as a successful international company to strengthen our center of business in Germany. For example, we take part in the Vulcanus program, an initiative of the European Commission and the Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
In addition, we are a member of the Association of Friends and Sponsors of Applied Automation Technology at universities (VFAALE e.V.). Through our active network partnership we, together with other members, make an important contribution to effectively shaping the education and qualification landscape. A network with prospects!
