Acceleration precontrol

  • Menu: 4.2.11-1.4

Description

Gain factor that improves the control behavior of the speed controller.

In the drive functions FCB 06 Interpolated speed control and FCB 10 Interpolated position control you can specify that an acceleration precontrol value is specified for the inverter in addition to the current speed setpoint or position setpoint.

If the precontrol value is known directly with the setpoint and does not have to be calculated from previous values, faster compensation can be achieved. The precontrol value must match exactly the setpoint change and be transferred with the same process data cycle as the setpoint.

The following parameters are set:

Parameter

Meaning

Source

Specifies from which source the setpoint is retrieved.

PO data format

The parameter specifies the data format of the process output data word if a process output data word was selected as the source of the setpoint.

The process output data words are data sources with a word width of 16 bits and can be combined to a 32-bit value using the data format. This parameter has no effect on data sources with a word width of 32 bits and is not displayed.

Value

Current acceleration precontrol value that is used in the following drive functions:

  • FCB 06 Interpolated speed control
  • FCB 10 Interpolated position control

If the Local value setting has been specified for the Source parameter, the user can specify the value locally. The locally specified setpoint can be useful, for example, in the startup phase to specifically specify setpoints for the inverter without a higher-level controller that has already been started up. The local value is stored in a non-volatile memory.
