Setpoint value connection
- Menu: 4.2.11
Description
Setpoints can be specified using various sources (process data, analog inputs, fixed setpoints, etc.). The individual setpoints are permanently linked to the drive functions (FCB).
In the setpoint connection, the setpoint sources are defined and assigned to the respective setpoints. For the setpoint source PO data word, the data format is also defined.
The following table shows which setpoints are used by which FCBs:
Parameter | FCB | ||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
05 | 06 | 07 | 08 | 09 | 10 | 20 | |
Position | – | – | – | – | ✔ | ✔ | – |
Speed | ✔ | ✔ | – | – | – | o | o |
Torque | – | – | ✔ | ✔ | – | – | – |
Acceleration precontrol | – | o | – | – | – | o | – |
Mass moment of inertia | – | o | – | ✔ | – | o | – |
Torque precontrol | – | o | – | ✔ | – | o | – |
Correcting value of external position controller | – | o | – | – | – | – | – |

The inverter limits the setpoints with the application limits (parameter group Monitoring functions > Limit values).
INFORMATION

In the V/f control mode, only the Speed setpoint is used.
