Speed hysteresis v1 for SSM and SSR
- Menu: 4.9.30-1.1-1
- Index: 8706.57[0]
Description
If the actual speed fluctuates around the parameterized limit speed, then the status of the safety sub-functions transferred via the safe process data also fluctuates. To obtain a stable status, a hysteresis value can be assigned to the limit speed.
The parameter is used in the SSM and SSR safety sub-functions.
In the SSM safety sub-function:
- If the limit speed is exceeded, the status of the safety sub-function switches from 1 to 0.
- When the speed drops back below the difference of the limit speed and the hysteresis value, the status of the safety sub-function switches from 0 to 1.
In the SSR safety sub-function:
- If the speed is outside the speed range, the status of the safety sub-function switches from 1 to 0.
- When the sum of the speed range and the hysteresis value is exceeded again, the status of the safety sub-function switches from 0 to 1.
