Reference to zero pulse

Description
The parameter is used for the following reference travel types:
- Reference cam – negative end
- Reference cam – positive end
- Limit switch positive
- Limit switch negative
- Reference cam flush – limit switch positive
- Reference cam flush – limit switch negative
Specifies whether the zero pulse (reference pulse of the encoder) is used as the reference point.
The following settings are possible:
Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
0 (no) | The zero pulse is not used as reference point. |
1 (yes) | The first zero pulse after a reference cam or hardware limit switch is used as the reference point. Wear or inaccuracy of the reference cam or limit switch can be compensated in this way. |
