Our Corporate CERT experts and contact persons, who are responsible for the entire SEW Group internationally, are responsible for ongoing quality assurance in our company. We rely on your help to protect ourselves and our portfolio against cyber threats in the best possible way. All reports on cyber security relating to the company itself or to a product, solution, or service are therefore important and are taken very seriously. Our CERT experts process the reports centrally, manage the internal analysis of any security vulnerabilities in connection with CODESYS, and initiate the necessary steps.
If you have become aware of a potential vulnerability in one of our systems, or if other security-related incidents have occurred in your company which are associated with products or solutions from SEW-EURODRIVE, we would be grateful if you would report them to our Corporate CERT experts (English language).
When vulnerabilities are confirmed, security advisories are published. If the situation requires it, CERT issues updates on specific measures.

The CERT experts control the internal analysis of potential security weak points and initiates the necessary response. In the event of confirmed weak points, safety notes are published in the form of security advisories and, if the situation demands, updates concerning specific measures are provided.
