Position tolerance s1

Tolerated deviation between the position value of the slip-free encoder (encoder 2) and the parameterized position of the slip adjustment cam.

The positional tolerance must be considerably less than the value of the Maximum tolerance position parameter (parameter group Encoder function).

If, during an edge change, the current position is outside the parameterized cam position ± positional tolerance, the following actions take place:

If the cam is transferred via a safe digital input F-DI, the error E60.19 Safe digital input: switch of F‑DI level "slip adjustment cam" at incorrect position is triggered.
If the cam is transferred via the safe process data, the error E66.80 Safety-related fault: switch of process data bit "slip adjustment cam" at incorrect position is triggered.
In the parameter group Diagnostics > MOVISAFE® CS.. > F process data, the status bit Referenced (bit 5 in byte 5) is revoked. The encoder with slip (encoder 1) has to be referenced again.
