Description
Distance that the drive travels in the defined direction of movement during the retraction test step. The drive then travels half the distance against the defined direction of movement.
The parameter must meet the following requirements:
- The value must be lower than the value of the Maximum travel distance in direction of movement parameter.
- The value must be 20 times greater than the value of the Permitted movement at standstill parameter. If 2 brakes are tested, the larger value of the relevant parameter of the 2 brakes is used as a comparison value.
- The retraction test step must take at least as much time on the travel section as specified in the Duration of individual test steps parameter.
Upon completion of the brake tests, the drive is not in its original start position.
