Description
WARNING
Risk of injury and possible damage to property due to unexpected and unintended movement of the drive by activating the muting function. If the muting function is active, the encoder-relevant safety sub-functions are deactivated except for STO.
Severe or fatal injuries and damage to property.
- Make sure that organizational measures are taken to protect personnel and machinery.
Specifies for which error category the muting function can be activated.

The following settings are possible:
Setting | Meaning |

Encoder fault | The muting function can be activated when an encoder fault is detected. |
F-PO | The muting function can be activated if an error in safe communication is detected. |
Encoder fault and F-PO | The muting function can be activated if an encoder error or an error in the safe communication is detected. |
