Comparison of actual and setpoint torque

Description

Reference signal for monitoring whether the torque setpoint specified by the user was reached by the drive when the FCB 07 Torque control drive function was active.

The following parameters define when a reference signal is set or revoked:

  • Half window width – To prevent the reference signal from being continuously set and reset, a comparison window can be placed around the torque setpoint using the formula torque setpoint ± half window width. Within the comparison window, the torque setpoint is regarded as reached and a reference signal is set.
  • Delay time – The condition for setting the reference signal must be fulfilled for at least the duration of the delay time.
  • Signal – Setting at which the reference signal is set.

Following is an explanation of how to set/reset the reference signal for the polarity Value within window (F1):

If the actual torque exceeds one of the limits of the comparison window, the delay time starts to elapse.

  • If the actual torque is within the comparison window for the duration of the delay time, the reference signal is set after the delay time has elapsed (time t1).
  • If the actual torqueis outside the comparison window for the duration of the delay time, the reference signal is revoked after the delay time has elapsed (time t2).
  • If the actual torque passes the limit of the comparison window again before the delay time has elapsed, the reference signal is not changed (time t3).
