Description

Specifies whether the drive is stopped with a speed-controlled or position-controlled ramp.

The behavior can also be selected via a bit of the digital inputs (parameter group Inputs/outputs > Basic unit/I/O card) or a bit of the control words (parameter group Setpoints > control word.) that is parameterized to FCB 26 Stop at user-defined limits – stop with position control. The defined behavior is applied only once when FCB 26 is activated.

If one of the 3 possible sources requests a position-controlled stop, then this has priority and the setting of the other sources is ignored.

The following settings are possible:

The drive is stopped subject to speed control. It is held when the motor is at standstill.

The drive stops in position control and remains in position hold control.
