Maximum torque Q1
- Menu: 4.2.12-2.1
Description
Operation of the drive train can be divided into 4 quadrants. The quadrants are defined as follows:
- Quadrant 1: Speed positive, torque positive
- Quadrant 2: Speed negative, torque positive
- Quadrant 3: Speed negative, torque negative
- Quadrant 4: Speed positive, torque negative
If the 1-channel setting is defined for the Torque limit mode parameter, this parameter applies for all 4 quadrants.
If the 4-channel setting is defined for the Torque limit mode parameter, the maximum torque can be specified individually for each quadrant.
Limit value of the torque profile value in all quadrants / in the 1st quadrant.
The following parameters are set:
Parameter | Meaning |
---|---|
Specifies the source from which the maximum torque for the quadrants is retrieved. | |
PO data format | Length of the process output data word |
Value | Current limit value of the torque profile value that is used in the following drive functions:
If the Local value setting has been specified for the Source parameter, the user can specify the value locally. The local value is stored in a non-volatile memory. INFORMATION: Please note that the torque is additionally limited close to the maximum speed in the FCB 07 and FCB 08 drive functions (see the explanation "Torque control speed limitation" in the Torque parameter in the Setpoint value connection parameter group). |
