  • Compact, practical course of study in small groups that leads to a bachelor's degree within a short period of time, regular monthly stipend, financial independence
  • Prerequisites:
    General university entrance qualification (Abitur)
    Alternatively, qualification to attend a university of applied sciences, combined with training in a company that has been completed with very good results, and a very good result in the DHBW aptitude test

  • General business administration, economics, financial accounting, principles of civil and commercial law
  • Mathematics and statistics
  • IT management, IT security and IT law, big data, and business analytics
  • Challenges and consequences of the digital transformation

The practical phase at SEW-EURODRIVE

  • Practical placements in all departments where business administration requirements and digitalization come together, e.g. procurement, innovation, production, finance and accounting/controlling, marketing and sales, and IT
  • Participating in a whole host of tasks handled by our specialist departments, e.g. process and project management as part of digitalization projects right along the entire supply chain
  • Placements at one of our international branches or at our sales offices in Germany are possible

Cooperative State University degree program

  • First year of study: EUR 1448.00
  • Second year of study: EUR 1528.57
  • Third year of study: EUR 1649.14

These are the options open to you once you have completed your business administration – digital business management program

  • You could be taken on in any department of the company, e.g. procurement, production, sales, HR, or IT
  • Working on digitalizing the supply chain, or working as a change manager ("driving" the digital transformation) or as a project team member/leader
  • In-house master's degree program: Support for high achievers in the form of a fully-funded full-time study program that includes challenging practical phases at SEW-EURODRIVE
  • Option of completing a practical master's degree program alongside your job after being taken on by SEW-EURODRIVE
