This program enables employees with high-ranking expertise to utilize their skills to the full. We are very proud of this alternative career path. It demonstrates the excellent career prospects that we offer to engineers outside of our management career path.
As an alternative to a career in management, the expert career allows you to assume responsibly for a specific technical area. For instance, as an expert in numerical simulation or software architecture. Throughout this process, we support you with systematic qualification modules and individual measures.
