No. As a graduate, you would start directly with SEW-EURODRIVE. We provide targeted support during the initial phase so that you can quickly get down to work and start taking on responsibility. This includes events such as our “New at SEW” induction day, which provides you with general information about the company. Yes, that is possible in principle. We would be happy to discuss your individual situation.

How are the working hours structured?

At SEW-EURODRIVE, you benefit from the flexibility of a modern working hours model and generous flextime framework. This enables company requirements, such a flexible adjustment to workloads, to be combined with our employees' private interests. Flextime and free shifts are available to all employees, including specialists working on a shift model.

We offer a range of working models for part-time workers. Depending on employees' specific duties, we develop individual regulations that enable employees to work to the best of their abilities while achieving the optimal balance between work and family life. What's more: Parental leave – even for fathers – is not a taboo subject and we encourage our employees to use this opportunity.

What remuneration can I expect?

You will receive an attractive initial salary based on your role and qualifications. The collective agreements for the metal industry apply at our company. In addition to a fixed basic salary determined by your role, you will also qualify for variable, performance-related pay. This is supplemented by payments such as Christmas and vacation allowances, as well as pension capital formation payments. Depending on the company results, the board may also resolve to award a special results-based bonus. With our deferred compensation plan, you can also elect to transfer your salary into direct insurance or a pension fund.

What employee benefits do you offer?

We offer the exemplary occupational benefits that you would expect from a major company, such as a very good company pension plan, subsidized meals in our company restaurant, and employer's loans when purchasing or building your own home. Our occupational health service and company physicians and nurses are also on hand to provide health-related assistance and advice. Special rates apply to the use of local fitness studios and participation in other company sporting activities. Our employee benefits are rounded off by annual health awareness days and a comprehensive leisure program.
