FCB 21 Brake test
- Menu: 4.4.21
Description
FCB 21 is used to test the functionality and performance of up to 2 brakes. In a static test, the closed brakes are loaded separately with an adjustable torque.
When a brake is tested, the internal brake control is used.
In order to test 2 brakes separately, 2 additional external relays must be wired as NC contacts in the brake control DB 00. The two relays are controlled via 2 digital outputs of the inverter (parameter group Inputs/outputs > Basic unit/I/O card), which must be assigned the following functions:
- FCB 21 Brake test – close brake 1
- FCB 21 Brake test – close brake 2
