Description

Specifies whether to prevent the speed from remaining within a certain speed range. This suppresses vibrations and noise, especially in systems with pronounced mechanical resonances.

The acceleration and deceleration currently used in FCB 05 are retained when the speed range is passed.

If a setpoint is specified when the speed resonance skip function is activated, the value of which lies within a defined speed range, a limit of the resonance window is used as the setpoint.

The speed range is defined by the following values:

  • A resonance speed as the middle of the range (parameter Window center)
  • The width of the area calculated symmetrically to the middle (parameter Half window width)

AG

Application limit Positive speed

-AG

Application limit Negative speed

SW1

Window center - Half window width

-SW1

-Window center + Half window width

SW2

Window center + Half window width

-SW2

-Window center - Half window width

The following speed range is skipped:

SW1 < |setpoint| < SW2

If the following applies before the speed range is reached:

  • |setpoint| < SW1
  • The effective setpoint is then set to SW1 with the respective active sign in the entire speed range.
  • |setpoint| > SW2
  • The effective setpoint is then set to SW2 with the respective active sign in the entire speed range.

The following settings are possible:

Setting

Meaning

0 (no)

No speed range is skipped.

1 (yes)

A limit value of the defined speed range is used as the setpoint.
