Automated and environmentally friendly tire storage
With more than 20 years of experience, Ingemov covers every link in the value chain, from mechanical and electrical design to automation and robotics. Ingemov offers sustainable, modern, and innovative solutions. The automated and environmentally friendly tire storage consists of two 3-axis gantry portals with a robotic arm, ten lifts and one lifter, turntable and trolley each, controlled by five cabinets equipped with electronics from SEW-EURODRIVE. The robotic arms, which move in parallel and independently of each other, de-palletize green tires from a two-level storage platform into tagged metal containers. Once the robotic arm empties the upper level, it performs a circular movement to open the intermediate lid to access the lower level. After emptying both levels, the arm closes the lid so that a trolley can transport the storage platform out of the working cell. In addition, there is further horizontal and vertical conveyor technology to transport the containers to different stations in the storage facility.

The software modules are divided into categories for implementing simple drive functions, such as speed control and positioning, right through to motion control functions, such as camming and robotics. The individual software modules are operated via the real-time operating system of the MOVI-C® CONTROLLER or on the MOVIDRIVE® application inverter.
