Accelerate startup
through the combination of two standardized industrial gear units with in-stock components.
Save on installation space
thanks to the short and compact design of the industrial planetary gear units.
Reduced operating costs
thanks to the maintenance-free, continuously lubricated rolling bearings.
Agitators, mixers or bucket wheel drives are examples of areas of application in which the industrial gear units of our P.MC series are used. This is where it is important to move large quantities at low speed. As an innovative manufacturer of industrial gear units, we always have your requirements in mind. The high torsional rigidity and high torque ratings of the industrial planetary gear units are the ideal drive solution for such applications.
In addition to the high power density of the planetary output stage, these powerful industrial gear units feature continuously lubricated and maintenance-free rolling bearings. Application-specific optional equipment, such as special sealing systems and lubrications options, torque brackets and oscillating arms complete the program.
All mounting options and optional features of the industrial gear units MC series are available for the primary gear unit. The special benefit of this perfect combination of both gear units results from the shared oil chamber. The continuous oil lubrication of the bearings includes the backstop.
This makes an industrial gear unit of the P.MC series the perfect and reliable drive for extreme operating conditions. Depending on the size, we can supply you with the standardized versions at short notice.
Gear unit type | Stages | Gear ratio i | Nominal torque MN2 kNm |
P1.MC.. helical/bevel-helical planetary gear unit: | 3 and 4 stages | 31.5 – 500 | 24 – 185 |
P2.MC.. helical/bevel-helical planetary gear unit: | 4 and 5-stage | 140 – 4 000 | 69 – 359 |
As required, we will provide you with a project-specific solution for the 475 to 1 200 kNm torque ranges.
The high-torque and space-saving planetary and industrial gear units of the P.MC series are the ideal drives for systems which must carry large quantities powerfully and slowly:
