Automated machines and systems greatly optimize production processes and allow consumer goods to be manufactured in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Future electronics professionals (MT, EBT, EMA, EAT, EGS) have to be prepared for the resulting requirements and receive appropriate training. Industry-standard electromechanical teaching aids serve as the ideal basis for delivering such training.
Our MOVIFIT® drive inverter (MTF) teaching module for professional training is therefore based on a real, decentralized drive inverter from SEW‑EURODRIVE, which is normally installed near-field – i.e., directly on the system. With the MOVIFIT® inverter, you are provided with a visual demonstration of the startup and parameterization of a decentralized frequency inverter and the control of an asynchronous motor. The optional POF (polymer optical fiber) module also allows you to use a higher-level controller to operate the frequency inverter on PROFINET® via fiber optic cables.
With the S11 safety option, you are able to connect and operate a range of safety-relevant components. One example is a light grid with emergency off combination: As soon as the light grid is activated, the drive slows down until it stops (SS1). When the emergency off is operated, the frequency inverter ensures that the torque of the drive is safely reduced (STO).
The training module can be used both in technical high schools and in industrial/technical training. It is particularly suitable for the training of
