SCM compact decentralized controller in multi-axis version

We have tailored the multi-axis servo controller solutions specifically to customer requirements for mobile and decentralized applications in DC 48 V technology.

The SCM compact design with IP20 degree of protection and with two axes is developed specifically for compact installation in a machine. With the version without a through-hole heat sink, assembly and cooling takes place via the cooling plate directly in your machine. Prefabricated cables are available for the electrical connection of the motors. The peripheral connection of the decentralized controller can be configured individually using the "Periphery SCM connector" accessory. The "SCM shield connection" is available for connecting the shield directly to the device.

Extremely dynamic, precise and powerful synchronous servomotors for DC 48 V applications:

  • The synchronous servomotors can be combined with the SEW‑EURODRIVE modular gear unit system as a direct mounting solution or using an adapter.
  • The servomotors can be selected with a working brake or holding brake.
  • The EnDat 2.2 or Resolver encoder system is available to provide motor feedback.
