Comprehensive services from SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co KG and its subsidiaries listed under item III. along the entire value creation chain in the area of drive technology, from engineering and selection to startup, maintenance and the like.

Current developments in the SEW-EURODRIVE Group and those relating to industry sectors employing drive technology (such as the automotive, food, beverage, and logistics industries, for example) as well as invitations to and information about events, such as seminars, training courses, customer events, trade fairs, and the like.
Career opportunities and personnel topics
Information about careers at SEW-EURODRIVE, such as job openings, career events, etc.
3. Collected data
My consent relates to data concerning interaction in the course of e-mail advertising (for example information concerning opened advertising e-mails, products and information, as well as comparable details contained in the e-mails).
My consent relates firstly to the information that I have entered in the form. In particular this is:
Title, academic title, first name, last name, e-mail address, company name, department, position in the company, country/region, industry, phone number, cell phone number. In addition, the data and information relating to the interaction as part of the e-mail advertising (e.g. details of opened advertising e-mails, product pages and information opened from the e-mails and comparable information).
Furthermore, I agree to allow my data to be updated and supplemented. For this purpose, SEW EURODRIVE may gather data about me from publicly accessible sources and save it with the data already acquired. This newly gathered data may be used along with the data already acquired by SEW EURODRIVE to send me promotional materials about the topics listed above.
If we obtain your consent, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. In accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR, you can withdraw your consent at any time, for example, by sending an email to datenschutz@sew-eurodrive.de.
The legal basis for processing information about you that you have entered on a voluntary basis is also Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. By entering the information voluntarily, you indicate that the processing is in your interest.
4. Forwarding of your contact information to subsidiaries
If my business is registered at an address outside of Germany, then a subsidiary of SEW-EURODRIVE will be responsible for handling my information, which may contact me. I consent to SEW-EURODRIVE transmitting my e-mail address and my interest in products and services to the SEW-EURODRIVE subsidiary responsible for the registered address of my business. The selected foreign company may use my personal data in order to send me additional information in relation to the products and services of SEW-EURODRIVE which are listed above (2). The foreign company may request further declarations of consent from you.
II. Notes on the right of withdrawal
Any data subject who has issued this declaration of consent has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Data processing performed before the time of the withdrawal is not affected. From the time your withdrawal, you will not receive any more advertising information by e-mail.
