The information and general conditions regarding the COVID 19 pandemic change at very short notice. Our crisis management team regularly adapts SEW-EURODRIVE's measures to current conditions and regulations. Should any important information arise for you from these activities, we will keep you up to date here.

What is the delivery capability at SEW-EURODRIVE?

The abrupt economic recovery following the Corona lockdown has led to a sharp rise in demand worldwide, causing resource bottlenecks for more and more suppliers. Even though we ensured sufficient stock levels at an early stage, we too are not spared supply bottlenecks linked to global economic supply chains. Therefore, delays in delivery times to our customers may occur. We will keep you informed via the known contact channels / your personal contacts.

How does SEW-EURODRIVE handle goods collections?

To minimize the spread of the coronavirus, all unnecessary contacts and transmission possibilities must be reduced to a minimum. This also includes the collection of goods from our premises (locations Graben-Neudorf and Bruchsal) by external persons. Therefore, we must also take measures here and prevent goods from being picked up.

Therefore, we will send your goods with our own forwarding agent and have them delivered to you.

How does SEW-EURODRIVE deal with customer visits and business trips?

For reasons of care towards our customers and employees, we currently refrain from business trips that are not absolutely necessary. As an alternative, we offer our customers the possibility of digital recording of conversations such as video conferences (Webex or Skype). Planned service assignments are of course carried out. If you have any questions, please contact your responsible field service.

Which trade fairs is SEW-EURODRIVE currently participating in?

SEW-EURODRIVE does not take part in many events due to the cancellation of various trade fairs and for reasons of care towards our customers and employees. You can find the current status of trade show participations on our trade show overview page.

To what extent is SEW-EURODRIVE affected by the corona virus?

SEW-EURODRIVE has taken many measures to protect its employees and their families as well as customers and partners. If cases happen to be confirmed, we act in accordance with the requirements of the responsible health authorities and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

For the welfare of our staff, work from home has been instituted whenever possible. However, this does not affect the regular work routine.

Does SEW-EURODRIVE hire new employees during the Corona crisis?

The current situation has no effect on the application process at SEW-EURODRIVE. We continue to offer new employees secure jobs. Your application will be processed as usual. However, for your and our safety, we are currently conducting job interviews via video conferences or telephone interviews.
