Our company physicians and nurses are of course also on hand to provide assistance and advice for health-related problems in the workplace. And to cover all eventualities, trained first-aiders are on hand throughout the company.
Addiction is another issue we take very seriously. At our Bruchsal and Graben-Neudorf plants, we have trained staff who volunteer as addiction helpers and can provide advice on the topic of addiction. We also offer in-house non-smoking seminars. On top of this, our social services can also help you to care for relatives or offer support at difficult times in your life.
As you can see: We don't just want our staff to have great careers – we also help them to stay healthy and have fun. This is why our "vital360°" corporate health management program has been awarded the "Seal of EXCELLENCE" by the Corporate Health Awards. Effective immediately, we can count ourselves among the healthiest companies in Germany!
Our sports program will get you moving!
And talking of being active: Our in-house leisure program offers a comprehensive range of options for keeping fit and healthy, including courses on relaxation techniques and stress management, nutritional advice and even a number of cooking classes. And our extensive sports program will make sure you get enough exercise outside of work, too: Our soccer, table tennis, volleyball, basketball and back fitness courses are available all year round. You can also take indoor climbing, Zumba, indoor cycling and yoga lessons, and we have deals with selected gyms to allow you to work out at a discount.
In addition to our leisure program, we also take part in sporting events such as the Caritas "Run for Hope" in Bruchsal and the B2Run in Karlsruhe, as well as hosting our own competitions like the small-pitch soccer tournament and German-French go-kart race.
