Auch im Fertigungsbereich bieten die Ansätze von Industrie 4.0 viele Möglichkeiten die Prozesse zu optimieren und die Mitarbeiter zu entlasten.
We will also turn our vision of a lean smart factory into reality in our assembly areas. For this purpose, our vision layout serves as a basis for generating subprojects.
Just as for the assembly area, the production area is also split into fractals according to Lean. The individual fractals are integrally optimized and produce highest perfection in each work step - be it in material cutting for e.g. the manufacturing of shafts, or in machining centers.
Our handling assistants on the one hand perform the task to pick the cut-off sections out of the box and place them onto the conveyor belt, on the other hand they position the machined parts from the outlet conveyor on a curing rack.
Autonomously working logistics assistants connect the individual processing steps, from turning, milling, hardening, etc.
Our logistics capsule allows for transferring the finished manufactured parts to the assembly plant, where the customer-specific drive solutions are assembled
